Excellence in Early Childhood Education Since 1964 We seek to nurture Christian attitudes in the children by providing an environment of love and acceptance. Children of all creeds and races are welcome. Our program provides opportunities for two, three and four year olds to develop strong social skills, relate to teachers, follow directions, listen, develop imagination and experiment with a wide variety of materials. The Chestnut Grove program is implemented through structured daily activities with flexibility. Children are encouraged to participate in all activities. They are given options to pursue their own interests. Time is provided to explore different media in art, language, developmental math skills and to learn about the world around them. The emphasis is on the development of the whole child. |
